USA BASED/ REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CARIBBEAN RESORT OPERATIONS /USA BASED

Our client is a well-established national Hotel Group with Headquarters in southeast United States that owns / manages several beautiful boutique Resorts in the Caribbean now requires an excellent Regional Director of Resort Operations to be based anywhere in southeast United States. The successful candidate who will report to the corporate CEO and will be responsible for directing, leading, and overseeing all aspects of Resort Operations with a view at meeting goals for business revenue, expenses, and profitability. This is a role that also requires a hands-on type of personality that doesnt mind to pitch-in if required at the resort when meeting with local General Managers.

USA BASED / REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CARIBBEAN RESORT OPERATIONS / USA BASED

Requirements:

• Regional property experience is a must have
• Caribbean General Manager experience is required
• USA passport holder highly preferred
• Ability to manage, drive and oversee a team of General Managers
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and team building skills with the ability to coach, mentor, motivate a team of General Managers
• Directs activities of resort management and human resources teams

Salary $140,000 - $160,000 USD negotiable, company credit card for all travelling expenses, bonus, executive benefits, and incentives.
