Epsilon is a leader in the Off-Site Construction (OSC) industry, delivering mechanical/electrical-centric systems in a modular, prefabricated form, optimized for a streamlined on-site completion by us or others.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs assigned tasks under the direction and guidance of the department Lead Hand
- Assemble panels under the direction of the Sr. Sheet Metal Operator and/or the department Lead Hand
- Install assemblies, such as flashing, wall panels, insulation, and heating & air conditioning ducts in supportive frameworks as instructed
- Drill and punch holes in metal, for screws, bolts, and rivets.
- Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff, and smooth surfaces, seams, and joints of assembled parts, using hand tools and portable power tools as directed
- Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Possess a suitable combination of education and experience to meet the requirements of this position
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years sheet metal experience is preferred
- Must be able to work with various hand tools and operate an industrial powered fork truck
- Demonstrated proficiency reading and interpreting work orders and drawings.
- Able to work independently or as a team player
- Able to take direction and communicate with others
- Have excellent time management skills, organized and detail oriented
- Employ a friendly, outgoing personality, respectful of co-workers and ability to work with individuals to carry out goals of the organization

- Perform work standing up in work cell for 8-10 hours per day.
