Synovis MCA Warehouse Associate Department: Synovis MCA Shipping and Warehouse Summary: This section focuses on the main purpose of the job in one to four sentences. Performs shipping and warehouse functions to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity, and accuracy in warehouse operations. Demonstrates core values in daily interactions with customers, vendors and coworkers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of this role that account for 5% or more of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned. • Process and ship work orders daily, meeting required shipping deadlines. • Handle and unpack dock deliveries of ordered items, preparing them for Quality Inspection and Receiving. • Restock and maintain inventory shelves as items are depleted. • Assist with weekly cycle counts for inventory reconciliation in accordance with Finance schedule • Keep warehouse audit ready through daily cleaning and organization. • Comply with SOPs, GQPs, safety rules and regulations, and departmental procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Must be able to read, write and do basic mathematical computations. Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in warehouse management systems and PC environments. Must be physically capable of climbing, kneeling, stooping and frequent lifting of 16-30 lbs. Up and down to head and chest level. Occasionally will lift 50 lbs. Must be able to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jack. Education and/or Experience: Include the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.
