Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring that our dealership consistently meets and exceeds sales goals. You will also manage inventory, develop sales strategies, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of salespeople to achieve individual and team sales targets. Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the selection and pricing of used vehicles, ensuring a diverse inventory that appeals to a wide range of customers. Ensure stock levels meet demand and profitability goals.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales. Monitor team performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales data, prepare reports on sales trends, inventory, and profitability. Provide regular updates to dealership management on performance and projections.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales transactions are processed according to dealership policies and all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in used car sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with used car market trends, pricing, and inventory management. Experience with dealership CRM and sales software.
  • Education: High school diploma required; a college degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Attributes: Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
