About the Role
In this role, you will leverage your Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise to design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate with design, product, and development teams to deliver solutions that align with user needs and project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate design concepts through documentation, presentations, and reviews with key stakeholders.
- Act as a connector between design, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and researchers to shape the product vision.
- Oversee multiple application features, ensuring adherence to style guides and brand standards.
- Produce detailed design specifications to guide development and QA teams.
- Advocate for accessible and inclusive design principles across projects.
- Mentor junior design staff and promote best practices in design.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web/mobile work, preferably within enterprise or SaaS settings.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design methods and a strategic approach to design systems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and adaptability to new tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a talent for building collaborative relationships.
- Experience using analytics and research to inform design decisions and product iterations.
