Description:
Project: We have 6 models that we are working through, will take 1 model/project at a time through April 30th 2025.
The first is implementing Power Apps, goal is to implement in December, then tackle the next “updating the process to submit a request for a conference”
Day to day:
Look back at the business interviews (all recorded by the current Researcher who is retiring)
Documentation, reporting back to the project team, what other Enhancement need to be done?
Project Phase to date: implementation and usability testing.
Expected to deliver:
• Revised Usability Testing Strategy
• Revised Usability Testing Script
• Review interviews recorded and confirm UTS has the learning goals and pain points identified.
• Collation of data
• Production of a Testing Report with Recommendations
