About the Role Corporate Insight (CI) is seeking a qualitative UX Researcher with at least three years or more of professional experience. Looking for someone who has been doing UX research, and is looking to take their skills to the next level. This position is a hands-on research position. UX Researchers will run research projects from beginning to end. With support from management, you'll be: attending kickoff meetings to determine research plans, developing discussion guides, moderating interviews (remotely for now, though in-person is a possibility), analyzing and synthesizing the data, and writing reports. CI has built a reputation for delivering world-class research. We do this by ensuring our researchers have the training and support they'll need. Training and mentoring will be ongoing for this role. Requirements include:
- Three or more years of professional UX experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience moderating user interviews for numerous projects
- Experience analyzing findings and writing client-facing reports
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and intellectual curiosity
- Experience working independently and collaborating with a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information to arrive at clear and useful insights
- Ability to handle multiple research projects simultaneously and maintain excellent work quality under tight deadlines
The ideal candidate will also have experience:
- Managing client relationships
- Managing all aspects of a UX research project
- Running the technical aspects of a UX lab
