Overview
Under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting all guests for any events.
Responsibilities
* Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience
* Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL
* Greet guests and scan tickets and / or escorts guests to their proper assigned seats
* Acknowledges all guest related issues and reports to Supervisor
* Maintains a clean, safe, & healthy work environment while enforcing all of HRL policies and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
* Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values.
* Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
* Employee must stand during entire shift
* Occasionally must walk on stairs

Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED preferred along with 1 year of customer service experience.
