Job Description

This is a production job in which the Technician is expected to produce standards quickly and accurately using weighing and pipetting techniques. All procedures will be performed according to all safety requirements. The Technician will be working with concentrated acids and Organic solvents to make trace metal products. This position may require creating or generating waste that is hazardous by regulation or that must be handled as hazardous waste regulations and company procedures require.

Qualifications

* High School diploma

* 2 year Associates degree in a physical science (Chemistry, Biology or Physics) is preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience

* Excellent verbal and communication skills and attention to detail

* Ability to problem solve and maintain critical thinking

* Ability to use lab equipment safely and correctly
