Technical/Functional SkillsUtilities Domain Knowledge, Basic SAP, Excel , Macros in Excel, Excellent communication, Other utilities softwaresExperience Required 3-5 yearsRoles & Responsibilities•Be part of L1.5 support team•Experience in Triage team monitoring incidents•Working experience in Support and monitoring roles•Monitored customer incidents as they came in and worked with our partners to triage, remediate, and resolve these issues.•Take Updates requests from business and do system updates from lower environments to move to production•Work with Developer and Business on the enhancement request and make sure all that is accounted for is completed•Hands on experience in Excel and if possible, macros for triaging and reporting purposes.•Basic knowledge of SAP applications and coordination of incidents resolving with the right partiesGeneric Managerial SkillsTeam Coordination, Follow ups, Excellent Communication skillsSalary Range: $90,000-$120,000 a year
