Share job With experience in the civil construction industryYour new company You'll be working with a Civil Contractor based in Houston, TX, who specializes in site utilities and dirt work for new projects. They handle a wide range of tasks, including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water line installations. With over 40 years in business, they pride themselves on quality, productivity, and teamwork. Your new role The Underground Utilities Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground wet utility systems, including water, sewer, and stormwater lines. This role ensures that sitework projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility construction or maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of utility systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
