Wet Utilities Project ManagerJob Title: Civil Underground Utilities Project ManagerLocation: Houston, TXSalary Range: $115,000 - $120,000Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Civil Underground Utilities Project Manager to oversee and manage civil wet underground utilities projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management within this field, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil wet underground utilities projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Supervise and mentor project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager for civil wet underground utilities.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and underground utility construction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with underground utilities, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems.
- Familiarity with Houston's infrastructure and regulations.
