At ORC, diversity matters, voices are heard, and leadership shows they care.What you will be doing:As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire right of way rights per project guidelines and regulations, for transmission line projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. Duties include preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. The employee is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. This role requires the employee to occasionally travel to meet with clients or vendors which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations. While meeting with clients and vendors, will need to be outdoors traversing different types of landscapes.
