The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office in New Hampshire and will be expected to travel about 50% of the time throughout the state. At ORC, diversity matters, voices are heard, and leadership shows they care.What you will be doing: As a Right of Way Agent, you will be taking lead on acquiring easements for large electric transmission, distribution and/or pipeline projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. This includes conducting advanced right of way negotiations with high-risk landowners. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. The employee is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. This role requires the employee to occasionally travel to meet with clients or vendors which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations.
