This is not a guarantee of employment.This will be a project specific assignment which is expected to last six (6) months to one (1) Year. What you will be doing:As a Right of Way Agent, you will be acquiring easements for a large renewable energy project in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. This includes preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.We are looking for someone who:

Here are the minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way acquisitions experience
- Must include renewable acquisitions
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Dropbox or equivalent
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver's License

Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. The employee is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. This role requires the employee to occasionally travel to meet with clients or vendors which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations. While meeting with clients and vendors, will need to be outdoors traversing different types of landscapes.
