SUMMARY With direction from the crew supervisor, this position will support the post extrusion operations including, but not limited to sealing, cutting, and packaging. This position will be responsible for offbearing material, printing/applying labels, cutting material, packing, and operating a forklift to move in-process and finished product. These duties will vary based on production needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES May include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ability to use a stapler, bander and safety knife.
- Proficient with label printing software.
- Must be able to follow quality specifications and board width specifications.
- Ability to read digital calipers.
- Must be proficient in all post extrusion operations.
- Skilled training to operate a forklift.
- Maintain level of quality consistent with established standards.
- Comply with established safety rules.
- Comply with company policy and procedures.
- Maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, leads, supervisors, and managers.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned to the satisfaction of the supervisor.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 6 months in a manufacturing environment. Forklift experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude, ability to drive forklift, operate saw, use small hand tools; possess computer skills, and ability to read and follow work orders.
