Position Summary
The Operations & Facilities Management Department at Washington University School of Medicine is committed to delivering a comprehensive range of services to support the medical campus.
We oversee maintenance and operations for 65 buildings, covering more than 10.1 million gross square feet of space. This includes the 11-story, 609,000-square-foot neuroscience research building, which houses one of the world's highest concentrations of neuroscientists. Our responsibilities include operational and administrative support, strategic planning, and project management.
Furthermore, as the School of Medicine continues to expand its presence both on and off campus in areas such as teaching, clinical care, and research, our team remains instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of clinical care, advancing research initiatives, and facilitating educational endeavors.
Position responsible for ensuring lactation rooms have the supplies needed by inventorying, delivering, and restocking the supplies across the Medical Campus. Additionally, in the lead's absence, this position is responsible for cleaning over 70 lactation rooms. The position is also responsible for inventorying, delivering, and restocking the menstrual hygiene dispensers across the Medical Campus. The position requires significant walking and the ability to assist the custodial team with special projects.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Picking up and delivering lactation supplies from central locations to individual rooms across campus.
* Picking up and delivering menstrual hygiene supplies from central locations to individual restrooms across campus.
* Responsible for cleaning lactation rooms across campus.
* Walk assigned spaces and report all maintenance issues to management.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Salary Range
$16.40 - $22.12 / Hourly
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
