- Perform general carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance repairs
- Perform grass cutting, grounds maintenance, and manual and mechanical snow removal
- Operate building systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and climb ladders
- Respond to emergency call-ins
- Set up chairs and tables, etc. for various events
- Perform miscellaneous cleaning and cafeteria duties
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities, including but not limited to completion of assigned work orders, snow removal, etc.
ADA SpecificationsMust be able to reach above and below the waist, walk, and use fingers to pick, feel and grasp objects. Requires use of both hands for repetitive motion. Able to bend, twist, kneel, stoop, climb, and crawl. Lifts/carries supplies weighing 50 pounds or more. Ability to work in an external environment subject to temperatures below 32 degrees or above 100 degrees. Able to stand or walk 80 percent (80%) of the workday.
