As part of our production team, our Production Associates and Utility Operators are responsible for overseeing a the critical process of creating our product from casting, forming, and operating the furnaces. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our output and production and take ownership of your part of the process.

Responsibilities:

* Operates equipment for production/processing operation.

* Measures and checks raw materials or parts to ensure product manufactured contains proper components, ingredients and quantities.

* Monitors controls to ensure machinery is running at proper levels during process, reporting malfunctions.

* Maintains records and manufacturing environment to comply with regulatory requirements.

* Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas

* No prior manufacturing experience required

* Ability to prioritize

* Attention to detail

* Ability to troubleshoot equipment, and report equipment faults to the supervisor or team lead

* Capable of performing physical activities that might involve one to stoop, crouch, bend at waist, and lift up to 25lbs.
