We offer a full suiteof grilling products including charcoal briquettes, all-natural lump charcoal, fire starters along with the Pine Mountainfire-building brand, the Diamond brand, and the Specialty Wood Products brand.Position Summary:Janitor will be responsible for performing housekeeping to areas such as the main office, lunchroom/ break room, lab areas, restrooms, and supervisor/ manager's office.Job Responsibilities:
- Wipe down windows, doors, and door jams weekly or as often as needed
- Wipe down workstations, including desks, phones, computers, file cabinets, and chairs daily
- Clean surface of stalls, dividers, mirrors, and all chrome material (faucets, etc.).; Clean inside and surface of stools
- Fill toilet paper and hand towel dispensers as needed, leaving extra roll in each stall
- Mop open floor areas in bathroom and lunchroom/ break room
- Clean office baseboards as requested
- Empty trash bins daily and clean coffee pots daily
- Perform other related housekeeping items as needed
Position Requirements/Qualifications:Top candidate for this role will possess strong customer service skills, with a positive, can-do attitude. She/he will be able to work independently without regular supervision and will possess strong organizational and time-management skills. Some prior housekeeping/ janitorial experience is a plus!Education:High School Diploma/ GED requiredPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (12 hours minimum)
- Ability to lift approximately 55 lbs. continuously during shift, including twisting, turning, or bending with or without product in hand
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to physically shovel at regular intervals
- Ability to work in extreme environmental temperatures
- Casual manufacturing environment; Comfortable attire appropriate for manual labor environment
