Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel Company - River Mountain Quarry in Dardanelle/Russellville Arkansas is currently recruiting for a Utility Operator. Only online applicants will be considered and evaluated.Basic Requirements:

Do you have the ability and desire to work 12 hour shifts?

Do you have the willingness and flexibility to work weekend or overtime as needed?

Do you have the ability to do manual labor including lifting items as heavy as 50 pounds?

Do you have the ability and desire to work during inclement conditions including extreme heat and cold?

Do you have the ability to climb ladders, stairs and perform repetitive bending and stooping when required?

Do you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with the personnel at the quarry?

Are you motivated and a self-starter?

Selected candidates will be trained on:

Both 50 and 100 pound Haul Trucks

Water Truck, Skid steer, Back Hoe and Man lift

Wheel Loader and Rock Breaker

Bull Dozer and Excavator with bucket attachments

General knowledge of aggregate Plant Operations

988 H Wheel loader

Startup operations for the Plants

Proper way to inspect plant and recognize malfunctions before startups and during operations

Expectations:

Good attendance Record

Complete job duties to the satisfaction of the supervisor

Demonstrate competency with all safety standards and operation procedures for each area.
