Action Inc. is seeking candidates to join our growing Energy Services team as a Utility Program - Data Admin at our Peabody location.

Job Summary: Supports a team of Utility Program Data Coordinators in communications with sub-contracting agency partners and funding source. The position will streamline the communication and resolution of errors identified during the invoicing review process in a timely manner.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, NON-EXEMPT

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Setting clear expectations for invoicing error resolutions will be of the highest priority.
  • Responding to invoicing related inquiries from sub-contracting agencies and funding source. Monitoring and logging invoice submissions as they are received.
  • Will maintain and curate organization systems for logging inquiries and understanding the statuses of outstanding requests.
  • Maintain organizational systems for tracking requests and fixes.
  • Communication for error resolution will be prompt and professional.
  • Quality control of all areas will be a daily priority.
  • Work closely with Data Coordinators on a daily basis.
  • All other daily tasks necessary in program operational support.
  • Attend and participate in departmental, organization-wide and other meetings.
  • Act in the best interest of the organization, reflecting the values of teamwork, collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Proficiency in web-based project management systems
  • Driver's license required

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative support position is preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift, move and carry 10 lbs
