Adecco is seeking a highly organized and experienced **Utility Scheduler** to join our client's team in Newark, DE. In this contract (12-month) position, you'll leverage your expertise in **Primavera P6** to build and manage project schedules for our clients. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

**Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience in utility scheduling or related industries
+ 5+ years of experience with Primavera P6
+ Proficiency in Oracle
+ Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement scheduling policies, procedures, and best practices.
+ Manage and coordinate complex schedules for individuals, teams, or projects.
+ Analyze scheduling data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
+ Provide guidance and support to junior schedulers or assistants.
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure that schedules are aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
+ Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant parties.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their scheduling needs and preferences.
+ Provide training and mentorship to junior schedulers or assistants.
+ Lead meetings and discussions related to scheduling activities.
+ Ensure that schedules are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations and policies.
**Pay Details:** $52.00 per hour
