This is a full time, year round position with excellent benefits! This position is responsible for installing pest abatement materials such as insulation, fiberboard, siding repair--basic carpentry skills are required. We Offer? Install ancillary services for pest control solutions such as encasements, insulation, termite bait installations; Perform skilled remediation services for homeowners by repairing pest damage; Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional and commercial customers;?? Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;? Seek opportunities for customer base growth;? Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;? Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;? ?And serve as a key member of the branch team!? Carpentry skills are required Experience in home services industry is preferred?but not required ? Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.?? ? Physical Demands / Working Environment:? Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:?? Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity? Bend and straighten for termite bait installation and use equipment to drill into ground Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.? while bending, crawling, stooping, reaching overhead and working on ladders Able to work in heat, cold, rain, snow while taking safety precautions? Work in dusty environments such as attics, basements and crawlspaces on a daily basis ? ?
