DescriptionReporting to the Expeditor Supervisor, the Food Services Associate is responsible for participating in duties in the Dining Service department. The role assists in cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils. Participating in the setup, and service; and collection of garbage/trash; as appropriate to the area of operation. A Food Service Worker's responsibilities include a wide range of tasks that keep the kitchen running smoothly, from cleaning up after cooking to adhering to food safety regulations. - High School Diploma or GED.
- Six months to one year of relevant experience in facilities, food services, or maintenance.
- Knowledge of essential kitchen terminology is preferred.
- Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
