Job DescriptionMarine Travelift in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding full-time Utility Workers to our 1st and 2nd shift teams. As our Utility Worker, you will perform a range of manual labor tasks to support the shop floor operations. These tasks will include maintaining equipment, paint help and prep, light mechanical assembly, and ground maintenance. 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-3:00PM; Friday 6:00AM-12:00PM (1/2 day Fridays)2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 1:30PM-12:00AM (3-day weekend)Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the shop floor including sweeping and trash removal
- Maintain exterior areas by picking up trash, moving empty pallets with a forklift, and light snow removal
- Provide general labor support to the assembly and paint teams as well as help in the Warehouse
- Maintain logs and records of tasks completed and report any issues that may arise
- All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
