UTILITY WORKER

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Performs minor mechanical, plumbing and electrical repairs to building as needed

* Grounds and building maintenance including lawn cutting, trimming, snow removal, etc.

* Light janitorial: re-stock, clean and maintain common areas of the facility including restrooms. Responsible for trash removal

* Set up and removal of tooling and fixtures used to complete repairs on machinery

* Perform preventative maintenance on machinery including changing oil

* Follow instructions given by senior team members on variety of maintenance and machine related issues

* Safely operate tow motor

* Able to read and interpret mechanical blueprints

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Ability to climb, lift, pull and use ladders and lift trucks

* Ability to move freely around the plant

* Ability to lift and transfer a variety of materials weighing up to forty pounds
