Possess working knowledge of basic electricity, plumbing and carpentry in a commercial, institutional or manufacturing setting. 2. Possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license. 3. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reports To/Supervised By: Facilities Engineer Responsibilities: 1. Change light bulbs and lighting fixtures. 2. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies for custodial staff to pick up. 3. Perform preventive maintenance on all components of the physical plant. 4. Perform room set-up for various occasions. 5. Garbage pick-up from labs via truck. 6. Operate equipment provided by the school to properly maintain the building (ex. snow plows, tractors and snow blowers).

Perform any combination of duties in the custodian or maintenance field.

Paint interior and exterior building surfaces and equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment (i.e. change filters, check or adjust belt drives).

Empty scrap metal and wire drums from machinery and electrical labs on a regular basis.

Furniture and casework assembly and repairs.

Other duties as assigned.

Secondary/Related Responsibilities: 1. Assist Maintenance Person to unlock and lock building. 2. Shall provide pick-up and delivery services. 3. Provide assistance to the Maintenance Person. 4.
