The Janitor/ Cleaner maximizes store profitability by maintaining a clean and safe store environment, along with supporting best in class customer service. This role helps us to build skills and change lives in each of our communities. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Cleans all floors, including under garment racks, using a broom, mop, vacuum, &/or floor scrubber Cleans restrooms: mirrors, counters, toilets and floors, spot cleaning walls, and wiping all handles Provide best in class service by greeting customers/donors and inviting them to return Stocks restroom supplies and revisits throughout their shift to complete touch-ups, as needed Routinely picks up debris, hangers, and product inside and outside store Collects and empties trash from public areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and offices Cleans & polishes drinking fountains, wipes down microwave and tables in breakroom Cleans dressing rooms: mirrors, benches, baseboards, and floors Routinely dusts all ledges, tops of fitting roo...Utility Worker, Worker, Utility, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Retail
