We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Utility Worker to join our client's team and support their transit bus operations. This role is vital in ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, fueled, and ready for service at various times throughout the day. The Utility Worker will report to the Operations Management team and assist with light vehicle maintenance and inspections. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Maintenance Department and Technicians with vehicle cleaning, fueling, light repairs, and facility upkeep.
- Perform routine fluid checks and basic vehicle seat repairs as scheduled.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions.
- Accurately document time, materials, and tasks completed.
- Assist technical staff with automotive repair and maintenance as needed.
Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities and effective prioritization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of janitorial or auto detailing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience and a clean driving record.
