• 7-10+ years of UX writing/UX content design work that focuses on complex software products or digital experiences. • Collaborate in tools such as Slack, Figma, Lucidchart, Jira, and virtual whiteboarding programs (FigJam, Lucid, Mural, etc.) • Empathy/content/feature mapping and other discovery/sprint planning exercises in partnership with UX design and research • 3+ years of experience with Figma and UX Content • A portfolio of relevant UX content work
