Job Summary:

Location: Boston MA, Smithfield RI, Merrimack NH

Required Skills:

• Solid education foundation (a UX Design program - user centered design)
• Be able to go through the process from beginning to end - strong communication and collaboration skills (communicate with not just engineers, but also Sr leadership, squad leads, etc.)
• FIGMA experience
• Conduct and use User research in their designs
• Nice to have: Good graphic design skills

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $59 - 60 per hour

Work Hours: 8am to 4pm

Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities:

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Human-Centered Design, or other relevant degree with 7+ years of UXD experience
• Experience working on agile teams delivering user experiences across varied communication channels including web, native iOS and Android
• Expertise in common design and prototyping tools such as FIGMA (preferred)
• Experience in conducting usability tests and applying research to support design decisions
• Expertise in delivering end-to-end user experience designs focusing on entire user journeys and interactions
• Create and maintain appropriate interactive design deliverables like wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and iterate upon multiple ideas
• Partner closely with business and technology teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
• Create human-focused designs focusing on user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors
