UX Designer
: Job Details :

Our Fortune 150 Client is looking to hire a UX Designer to join their team focused on human-centered design. The UX team is responsible for designing the main customer website and other customer facing sites.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop human-centered user experiences by gathering customer needs and creating graphic elements.
• Utilize a strong understanding of digital design patterns and UI best practices, and demonstrate proficiency with design tools.
• Collaborate with business partners and software engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Represent the functional area in complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, and design graphic user interface elements.
• Develop both low and high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes, and create original graphic designs.
• Prepare and present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, and adjust designs based on user feedback.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, ensuring adherence to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of professional UX Design experience
• Experience creating storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and high-fidelity UI mockups
• Experience working with design software such as Figma
• Bachelor's degree in design, IT, or related fields (e.g., UX Design, Graphics Design, Human-Centered Design) (Preferred)

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
