UX/Interaction Designer

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience as UX Designer Strong understanding of interaction design principles and current global UI/design pattern standards Experience designing with business, technical and design guideline constraints. Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in defining research criteria, leading or participating in user research and translating user research into design decisions. Experience creating interactive prototypes. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Preferred Qualification: Ability to be flexible in a very fluid and dynamic environment. Must be extremely well organized and capable of handling multiple (and sometime conflicting) priorities. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
