MUST include resume in reply!Job descriptionWe are looking for honest and conscientious individuals to provide Pre Arrival and Post Rental Inspections on residential vacation properties in the Lake Harmony and Albrightsville area.No experience necessary.Ability to work independently and remain motivated are a must. Be well-organized with attention to detail. Keeping a positive attitude and reasonable physical stamina are both necessary to perform well in this role.Must be able to lift 50lbs and be able to walk up and down stairs with ease.Responsibilities:Perform pre arrival and post rental property inspectionsPerform very basic property maintenance. (replace light bulbs, batteries, etc)Follow a very specific process for inspectionsIdentify and report the need for repairs using our property maintenance & Inspection App.Requirements:Primary work days are Sundays, Mondays & Fridays with some occasional mid-week hoursWork a rotating holiday scheduleAbility to focus on work without being distractedWork independently and remain motivatedTake direction from a supervisorGood communication skillsValid drivers licenseHave your own vehicle for work (Company will provide mileage reimbursement)Consent to a criminal background checkHigh school diploma or equivalent'People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focusedTeam-oriented -- cooperative and collaborativeHours per week: 20 to 35 (depending on season/workload)Pay Frequency: Bi weeklyPay: From $15.00 per hourStart-time:Weekends: 10amWeek days: VariesThis Job Is:A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to applyOpen to applicants who do not have a college diplomaBenefits:401(k) matchingSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysWeekends as neededWork Location: In person
