POSITION SUMMARY:

Coastal Vacation Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Vacation Rental Inspector to join our team in Fort Myers Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our vacation rental properties meet our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and reputation of our properties. You will conduct thorough inspections of each property before and after guest stays, identifying any maintenance issues and ensuring that all amenities are in proper working order. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or damage to property managers.
• Ensure that all amenities, appliances, and furnishings are in proper working order.
• Verify that properties are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communicate effectively with property managers, housekeeping staff, and maintenance teams.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of property inspections and any issues identified.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding property inspections and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or concerns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different properties.
• Basic knowledge of home maintenance and repair.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $42,000 - $45,000
