We are seeking friendly and professional Valet Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidates will beresponsible for parking and retrieving guests' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
  • Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues while ensuring you are ready to go at all times to guarantee customer has minimal wait time.
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles for guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
  • Display excellent public relations skills while providing information, giving directions, and providing wheelchair assistance, etc.
  • Explain parking procedures clearly to patients and guests.
  • Assists patients and visitors with directions and other inquiries as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and keys.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive and safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds, frequently over considerable distance.
  • Requires full range of motion.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours is sometimes required.
