We currently have 1 Full-Time Shift Available:
- 1st Shift - Monday-Friday - 5am-1pm (Off Saturday & Sunday)

Key Responsibilities of Valet Supervisors:
- Monitor the performance of employees within a shift to ensure operational standards are met
- Train employees to perform their specific responsibilities
- Successfully handle all customer service issues that may arise
- Ensure that all employees, on a particular shift, follow all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of guests' vehicles
- Daily key and car audit of valet vehicles
- Perform daily inspection of valet vehicles for damage
- Maintain the overall look/cleanliness of the valet area
- Maintain working order of all valet equipment
- Handle and process all reporting and management of reported damage to valet vehicles
- Assist with hiring, recruiting, and training of the valet team
- Assist with valet personnel schedules according to operational needs
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Valet Supervisors:
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous direct supervisory experience in the customer service industry
- Previous valet, attendant, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate a manual transmission, preferable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is required at all times
- Clean driving record
- Excellent English communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and be computer literate
- Must be able to maintain a smile and courteous disposition toward external and internal customers
