Job Description:
The Role The Valet Supervisor will oversee daily valet operations, ensuring efficient service, safety, and exceptional resident and guest experience. This role is responsible for leading the valet team, maintaining high standards of professionalism, and coordinating with other departments to meet resident and guest needs.Position Responsibilities:
  • Setting the tone; creating a positive environment for team members, residents and guests.
  • Supervise valet team, ensuring efficient and courteous service always.
  • Train, mentor, and coach valet team on company policies, resident and guest service standards, and safety procedures.
  • Assist manager with scheduling to ensure adequate coverage, including adjusting staffing levels based on demand.
  • Oversee vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes to ensure timely service and prevent congestion.
  • Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the valet parking area.
  • Promptly and professionally handle resident and guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure service standards are met.
  • Respond quickly to guest feedback to improve service standards.
  • Track and report on valet performance, including vehicle counts, wait times, resident and guest feedback.
  • Assist with the development and enforcement of valet policies and procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with the management team to discuss any operational challenges, resident and guest concerns.
  • Promptly greet residents and guests upon their arrival and departure with a smile and friendly words.
  • Park resident and guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Retrieve resident and guest vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Monitor vehicles for any signs of damage before and after handling.
  • Report damage, accidents or any other parking-related issues immediately to your supervisor or management.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports for any accidents or service issues.
  • Ensure you are always ready to go to guarantee minimal wait times.
  • Ability to drive various types of vehicles, both large and small, including luxury, manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Ability to perform under varying weather conditions.
  • Assists residents with entering and exiting their vehicles, if needed.
  • Assist residents with loading and unloading their baggage in a safe and effective manner, including walkers, wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
  • Provide courteous and respectful assistance to residents, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of residents and guests.
  • Keeps residents and guests' keys safe and organized so that retrieving their vehicle can be done efficiently.
  • Direct traffic in the valet area, parking lots and during special events.
  • Provides directions to residents and guests as needed.
  • Work closely with the Concierge team and other service teams to ensure resident needs are effectively met.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current and valid California driver's license.
  • At least (5) years of driving experience is required.
  • At least (2) years of Valet experience required, preferably in a Lead Role.
  • A clean driving record, without any accidents, points or moving violations in the past three years. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check is required.
  • Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional service to residents and guests.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.

  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 90% of workday.
  • Ability to reach, stoop and bend.
  • Ability to lift, carry and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Good physical condition with the ability to assist residents with mobility needs.
Compensation and Benefits:Enso Village is committed to equal pay and transparency. The salary range for this position is $22.00 -$25.00 per hour. This range provided as a general guideline and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors, including candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, external non-profit market data, and business considerations.We provide team members with a supportive and inclusive work environment focused on health and well-being.
