Silicon Validation Lead Engineer

Acceler8 Talent is looking for an experienced Silicon Validation Lead Engineer to join a high-performing San Francisco-based team, helping them create best-in-class silicon for high-performance and sustainable Generative AI. As a Silicon Validation Lead Engineer, you would develop and maintain automated test environments for hardware and embedded systems, operate testing instruments, and perform silicon debug, including code development, platform setup, and issue screening. You would also collaborate with design teams to verify circuit features and addresses design/debugging issues.

This role might be ideal for you if you have:

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in validation, testing, and debugging embedded systems.
• Strong experience in scripting and automation using Python, C, and C++.
• Proficient in working with multi-processor systems and embedded firmware.
• Expertise in using validation equipment such as oscilloscopes, debuggers, and temperature chambers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Base Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 + equity + benefits
