Validation Project Lead
San Diego, CA
Contract Length: Initial 6-months (potential to extend & convert to FTE)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment across cross-functional client departments, including Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot challenges for clients throughout the engineering lifecycle of advanced equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Perform in-depth research and analysis on systems and subject areas to deliver high-quality project outputs.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, such as SOPs, requirement specifications, testing protocols, summary reports, and other related materials.
- Implement system and process validation protocols in compliance with GxP best practices.
- Identify and address obstacles proactively, leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving expertise to devise creative solutions.
- Uphold the organization's Patient-Focused and People-First Mission by participating in professional development and contributing to philanthropic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders while representing Project Farma's services to clients when needed.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent military experience.
