CPV Manufacturing, an industrial valve manufacturer located in Kennett Square, is looking for a Packaging Associate to join our team. Our company size of 50 people provides an opportunity for everyone to make a big impact on our success. This position is critical in our operation. Position Hours - Monday - Friday - 6:30am - 3:15pm. Reliability is key This position is focused on producing valves and valve components. Attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to read blueprints is critical to one's success in this position. Essential duties includes pulling required parts from inventory and assembling components, fastening parts and subassemblies to build the valves. A curiosity to learn and be cross - trained in other areas of the department is desired. Qualifications: Mechanical ability Able to read basic blueprints Proficient in use of mechanical tools and measuring devices Quality focus Physical requirements and working conditions: Work environment is on the plant floor Ability to stand for long periods of time Noise may be moderate to loud Must be able to wear proper PPE Our Values: Extraordinary Teamwork - We work together within our company and with our partners to achieve what cannot be achieved separately.
