Parking and Transportation Services at Syracuse University is actively seeking Van Drivers to fill four full time positions. Shifts vary and may include daytime, evening, overnight and weekend requirements. The University seeks safe, friendly van drivers to help transport students and staff members throughout the Syracuse University campus and off campus locations. Education and Experience An active Class D license with a safe driving record required. One plus years of passenger driving experience preferred. Must submit and pass a physical examination or possess a DOT Medical Examiners Certificate. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a thorough background check, which includes drivers record and a criminal records check. Pre-employment and continued random drug screening will be required. Skills and Knowledge Excellent customer service and communication skills. Be able to utilize two-way radio communications.
