This position involves fostering a competitive and positive team environment while focusing on both athletic performance and personal growth. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute practices, game strategies, and team-building activities. - Lead off-season training programs to enhance player skills and maintain conditioning. - Collaborate with youth and middle school coaches to establish and oversee development programs. - Promote academic success, sportsmanship, and team discipline. - Ensure the safety of all players and compliance with MHSAA and district guidelines. - Coordinate with the Athletic Director on scheduling, equipment, and program needs. Qualifications: - Previous coaching experience at the high school level or higher is preferred. - Must pass a background check.
