This is Remote positon Description: Vegetable Seeds Marketing & Sales Assistant The marketing and sales assistant will provide support to the vegetable seeds US/Canada marketing team to enable the execution of the country marketing and sales plans. Primary responsibilities: • Recommend and implement updates to the US and Canada websites to ensure accurate legal and compliance verbiage, product literature, and contact information, and to reflect marketing priorities. • Update ImageBank repository of product and field photos. Identify product photography needs and organize photoshoots to close any identified gaps. • Maintain YouTube channel. • Arrange service agreements and purchase orders with key vendors. • Collect media consent forms from employees and customers and create centralized repository. • Provide logistics support for internal and external events: organizing room blocks, arranging catering, ordering items, etc. • Update customer records in CRM database • Additional tasks may include maintaining intranet page, organizing employee appreciation gifts/activities, and updating on-site visual displays Education and skills: Degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proactive self-starter capable of working with limited supervision. Ability to self-manage time and resources and to allocate time and energy appropriately to achieve goals. Role duration: 6 months PAY RATE - $20- $25/hour
