Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides transportation services to Linwood Adults as assigned.
- Conducts daily visual inspections and report any vehicle damage.
- Keeps open communication with all Linwood Managers.
- Initiates, organizes, manages, and schedules the vehicle cleaning.
- Schedules all maintenance appointments and have vehicles transported to and from designated mechanic, and communicate with the Facilities Maintenance Manager.
- Maintains detailed records for all of Linwood Center vehicles.
- Assists with the planning and assign transportation routes for the Adult Program.
- Performs vehicle checks twice a week.
- Keeps the Vehicle Log organized, up to date in conjunction with the facilities manager.
- Attends weekly meetings with Red Branch Leadership Team.
- Ensure Red Branch vans appropriate gas levels are maintained at all times.
- Utilizes the Enterprise Database for up to date vehicle maintenance checks.
- Keeps a daily log of each vehicle and reports any maintenance or other issues.
- Uses technology for the completion of specified job duties.
- Learns and properly utilizes Linwood's Data Management System (CIMS) for maintaining accurate records and permitting accurate billing with DDA.
- Attends work regularly according to the assigned work schedule per Agency policy.
- Attends and participates in all required training, staff meetings, and other activities to facilitate professional development.
- Must obtain all trainings as required by regulatory agencies and Linwood within the time frames specified.
- Maintains current valid certifications for CMT, CPR/ First Aid and MANDT.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the Agency's insurance carrier and by Agency policy.
- Must have knowledge of vehicles.
- Must be able to pass the physical and academic portions of the behavior support and intervention training.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

- To demonstrate an understanding of fundamental rights and self-determination and assure that the individuals to whom he/she provides support be afforded these rights.
- To follow written, oral instructions and procedures.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
- Regularly exposed to weather conditions during travel to and from worksites and appointments.
- Frequently required to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, various forms of technology or controls.
- Must be able to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, run or crawl.
- Must be able to work under regular, moderate levels of stress.
- Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
