The primary responsibility of the Shuttle Driver is to pick-up and drop-off students, staff and faculty at designated areas around campus. This position will also be responsible for providing transportation services to academic/non-academic departments and athletics.Primary Function of Organizational Unit Parking and Transportation Services manages the university's parking resources by providing campus access to the campus community, visitors and our guests. We are committed to a safe and orderly parking environment through enforcement of parking rules and regulations. Transports passengers on a pre-determined route and assists with route information as well as boarding and de-boarding4. Reports to dispatch via radio any route detours or whenever passengers might require assistance of police, medical or other services5. Inspect vehicle to ensure that it is functioning properly at the beginning and end of each shift2. Follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits3.
