Seats Incorporated is seeking employees at our Seats Vehicle Division to perform grinding operations on vehicle frames to prepare the metal surface for wet paint or powder coat processes necessary to produce electric vehicle products for our sister company Columbia Vehicle Group. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Grind and sand metal surfaces to prepare products for paint, or powder coat.
- Experience with wet paint or powder prep is a plus. If no experience, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Ability to navigate computer systems to look up work instructions, cross reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production tables.
- Constantly lift and/or move to up 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day.

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage starting at $19.80 per hour with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $21.85 per hour.
