We offer a starting wage of $24.33/Hr., plus scheduled pay increases, and $1/Hr. night shift & $2/Hr. weekend shift differentials . We are also offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus ! Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, an impressive 401K match and much more!re!Areas of AccountabilityAll areas of accountability to be delivered with GRIT - our values of Generosity, Relationships, Integrity, and TeamworkEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork safely following all company safety policies, practices, procedures and improvement initiativesComply with all regulatory compliance requirements including safety, environmental, and food/feed safetyOperate bobcats, forklifts, farm tractors, bucket trucks, boom trucks, and Simons liftsOperate welders, acetylene torches, and air plasma cuttersOperate, maintain and use other equipment and tools required for assigned fabrication and maintenance dutiesMaintain and service or assist in maintaining and servicing of all off road vehicles, trailers, tractors and trucks, and associated equipment in all departments of the complexAccurately and legibly record and maintain recordsAssist plant maintenance personnel, as neededGeneral housekeeping duties, including painting and / or scrubbing with detergent solutionsSituations may arise that require employees to temporarily or permanently assume responsibility for tasks not specifically outlined in this job description. Employees may be requested to work additional hours and/or accommodate a heavier than normal workload .QualificationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferredAbility to distinguish colors ( i.e., wire codes)Accurately read and understand signs, labels, warnings, directions, operator manuals, service manuals and wiring schematics associated with the maintenance and/or operation of instruments and equipmentAccurately perform basic mathematical skillsOccasionally push and/or pull heavy objects (approx. 200 lbs. max)Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. from floor to waist levelFrequently climb stairs and/or ladders (up to 40 ft.)Accurately follow written and/or verbal instructionsAbility to work day/night shift rotations, weekends, holidays, or extended hours, as neededPlease include your Contact Information : hr@#J-18808-Ljbffr
