Your Title: Vehicle Recovery SpecialistYour Location: Remote Anywhere within the USAYou Report To: Associate Manager, Asset Management and Skip TracingSchedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm EST Compensation: $19.50/hour plus bonus Learn more about our awesome Loss Mitigation DepartmentAbout the Opportunity:First Help Financial, voted and certified as a Great Place to Work by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Loss Mitigation department to accommodate our remarkable growth! What you will do:Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Validate repossession requests made via the assignment dashboard
  • Thorough review of assignment criteria outlined in FHF repo manual
  • Assignment to approved repo agents to include tracking and follow up for timely recovery of collateral
  • Maintain effective communication with repossession companies
  • Ensure proper statuses in all systems pre/post repossession
  • Process collateral releases to agents/auctions upon reinstatement
  • Hold/close reviews on all repossessions
  • Comply with FHF compliance requests and requirements
  • Some Administrative tasks will be required
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
What you bring:
  • 2+ years of consumer finance or related industry experience
  • High School Diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining high quality control standards
